We cannot let everybody who wants to "see with our own eyes", visit the farm. Quite apart from the danger of disease being brought into the farm from your clothes, shoes and cars, we really do not have the staff or facilities to take care of all the visitors once we start allowing people to visit the farm.
We advice our customers instead to rely on these Independent Endorsements from third party persons of integrity who have visited our farm for official reasons. These are letters with real names and real addresses for you to contact and verify. Below are the first such letters. They have "seen" with their own eyes and they are willing to put it down in black and white. Until our scale of operation justifies independent certification of processes, please rely on these independent endorsements.
